At DOWN-to-EARTH DINING, we believe food should be the heart of your event. That’s why we've designed our signature sharer trugs and menus to create visually striking, flavour-packed shared dining experiences that bring people together and turn every table into a centrepiece.
Choose from 9 globally inspired menus, from Bangkok Bites, Caribbean Roots and Colombo Curry to more familiar favourites like Farmer’s Table and Graze Craze Charcuterie. Each menu is thoughtfully curated to feel generous, social and full of colour — food that looks as good as it tastes.
Our handmade wooden trugs are served directly to the table for small groups to share, creating a relaxed, communal style of dining that naturally encourages conversation and connection. For events that suit a different flow, our menus can also be presented as beautifully styled self-service buffets, with food designed to be seen and enjoyed.
To finish, our handmade potted puddings offer a simple, elegant dessert option — perfectly portioned, beautifully presented, and effortless for guests to enjoy.
